Job Summary
As a Mac Expert(At Home), Retail Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing unparalleled customer sales experiences over the phone, leveraging your technical expertise and consultative sales skills to meet and exceed customer needs. Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
