As a Director of Production Planning, you will be responsible for: Leading Master Planning, Scheduling and reputed company Tier 2 functions with a team of approximately 12 personnel with at least 6 direct reports. reputed company Production Planning and Scheduling for production activities in Glasgow Plant operations. The site manufactures over 800 finished good products and 2500+ intermediates. Ensuring collaboration and coordination with Global Supply Planning and Demand planning organizations to drive the right size production to meet customer needs. Ensuring on-time delivery of product to our primary distribution centers. You will utilize tactical implementation of inventory levels of in-process inventory to maintain both delivery and inventory Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Collaborating with Operational Procurement and Operations to support the reputed company planning of operational resources (materials/tools/equipment/people) to ensure alignment with demand, proper contingency and surge to maintain supply. Developing and implementing strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with reputed company regulatory requirements. You will be a member of the Plant’s Consumable Leadership Team to ensure proper coordination of the different Manufacturing functions producing our Diagnostic Testing Products. The reputed company pay range for this position is: Min $158,300 - Max $237,440 Factors which may reputed company starting pay reputed company this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
