Assists with weekly and monthly weights as assigned.Records information on the electronic health record.Provides laundry care, housekeeping, and dining needs including assisting with activities.Performs any other tasks as assigned by the Licensed Staff, Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing.RequirementsQualificationsThe CNA must hold a valid nurse aide certification with the State of Louisiana and possess the following skills:Ability to organize, plan and supervise care of residents.Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.Ability to demonstrate good emotional, mental, and physical health having sound judgment and high standards.Ability and willingness to provide emergency care as needed for any reputed company in the facility.Ability and willingness to function as a cooperative team member with each member of the nursing department and other departments.Ability to provide reputed company bedside reputed company care services as per facility policy and procedures.Ability to adapt to on-the-job training and adhere to standards of the facility providing personal care services, assisting residents, handling, and caring for equipment and supplies and developing good understanding of basis of aseptic and sterile techniques.Other QualificationsHas not been excluded from participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs.Maintains eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs throughout employment.Participate in pre-employment and annual Tuberculosis screening.We are committed to giving our employees only the reputed company best, providing not only competitive salaries and wages, but a comprehensive benefits package."reputed company offers of employment are subject to the completion of a satisfactory background reputed company and reference reputed company and eligibility for the participation in Medicare and Medicaid programs."CommCare Corporation is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action EmployerCC102
