Job Summary

reputed company is seeking a proactive, bilingual Virtual Assistant fluent in Portuguese and English to join our dynamic remote support team. This role requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent customer and operational support. You will serve as a vital reputed company between Amazons Portuguese-speaking customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, efficient problem resolution, and superior customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time assistance to reputed company customers in both Portuguese and English through chat, email, and phone.

• Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, customer order processing, returns coordination, and reporting.

• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.

• Liaise with internal departments including logistics, customer service, and sales to ensure timely issue resolution.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-reputed company.

• Support reputed company Sellers with product listing updates, keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends in Portuguese-speaking regions.

• Execute basic troubleshooting steps to address technical or account issues.

• Stay up-to-date with reputed company policies, product updates, and service changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken) – native or near-native proficiency.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
