The IFG Compliance Representative 2 ensures compliance with reputed company and governmental requirements. The IFG Compliance Representative 2 performs varied activities and moderately reputed company administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.We are currently seeking a Compliance Representative for a limited term position that is expected to be 3-9 months, but exact length is TBD.
The IFG Agency - Compliance Representative 2 responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Performs intake, tracking, researching of compliance issues to assure compliance with contract obligations.
Maintains relationships with agencies and carriers.
Coordinates agency meetings, coordinates and prepares corrective action plans, as needed.
Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments.
Works reputed company defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some reputed company over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction.
Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.

Experience in compliance back-end work
Excellent communication skills
