• Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise reputed company/RIS/VNA/voice dictation environments (Picture Archiving and Communication System/Radiology Information System/Vendor Neutral Archive) (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Fuji Synapse, reputed company IntelliSpace, GE, Nuance) including installations, upgrades, patches, test/production change control, and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with vendors to integrate reputed company with other clinical locations.
• Monitor image workflows end-to-end, manage routing/prefetch rules, queues, retries, and storage lifecycle; resolve exceptions to ensure complete, timely capture and retrieval.
• Maintain integration interfaces (DICOM, HL7, IHE profiles) with EMR/RIS/modalities; collaborate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot connectivity and message mapping issues.

Required Experience And Competencies

• 3-5 years in reputed company administration/Imaging informatics or Radiology IT support in a healthcare setting required.
• Hands-on with DICOM, HL7, IHE, modality worklist, routing, and viewer configuration required.
• CIIP, PARCA, CPAS, CDIP, and CPSA certifications are beneficial but not required.
• Solid Windows Server/Client, AD, basic SQL/log analysis, and scripting (PowerShell or similar) required.
• Proven incident/problem/change management and vendor coordination experience required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology, Information Technology, or a reputed company healthcare field and 3 years of practical experience preferred.
• Proficiency with DICOM.
• Familiarity with HL7.
• Strong understanding of radiology, IT, and clinical workflow.
• Effective communication skills for the collaboration across clinical, technical, and vendor teams.
• Ability to effectively train and support end users.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.

We are excited to share the reputed company salary range for this position is $91,130 - $113,915, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company’s annual performance.
