Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company on a temporary to permanent basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for checking and filing customs paperwork, data entry, and data transfer, as well as creating and requesting relevant customs clearance documentation. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure that reputed company shipments have the correct and necessary documents to cross borders reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Checking and filing customs paperwork for EU & UK

• Data Entry and Data Transfer
• Creating and requesting relevant customs clearance documentation
• Managing numerous mailboxes between Carriers and Vendors
• Ensuring reputed company shipments have the correct and necessary documents to be able to cross
• Dealing with any discrepancies and misalignments that might arise
• Office-based work

Essential Qualifications

* A stable and consistent work history

• Data Entry Experience (Essential)
• Office working experience
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
• High standard of attention to detail
• Working knowledge of reputed company Word and Outlook
• Clear criminal record
• You may be required to take a Drug and Alcohol Test
• Transport industry experience is preferred but not essential
