Position Overview

As a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for interacting with customers to resolve support concerns, sell new products and services, and ensure the best-in-class customer experience. You'll utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, recognize sales opportunities, and apply sales skills to upgrade. You'll also be responsible for explaining and positioning products and processes with customers, escalating customer dissatisfaction with managerial team, and ensuring reputed company resolution through problems solving and effective call handling.

Candidate Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Windows operating system
