Job Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer at blithequark's reputed company Store, you will play a critical role in directly and positively impacting reputed company and customer satisfaction by assisting our customers with technical problems reputed company using our products and services. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionality. Your expertise will also be utilized in the deployment of our EMR solutions at customer sites and reputed company our Cloud offering.

Key Responsibilities

* Create raving fans of our customers (internal and external) by providing exceptional technical support and guidance

  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve system issues
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Undertake activities in accordance with our ISO 13485 Medical Device Quality Management System
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Track computer system issues through to resolution, reputed company agreed time limits
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either reputed company phone, email, or chat, until they've solved a technical issue
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., software development)
  • Provide reputed company and accurate feedback to customers

Qualifications Required

* Higher Education qualification (Degree, Diploma, etc.) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field

  • Excellent knowledge and experience of reputed company SQL Server
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Application Support Engineer, or similar role

Desirable Qualifications
