Responsibilities
As our Customer Support Hero, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Client Support: Respond to technical questions reputed company chat, email, and phone, with a first focus on US clients. You will be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support to ensure their success with our platform.
- reputed company: reputed company support resources (articles, videos, etc.) up to date and implement changes based on product updates. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and comprehensive knowledge bases to help our clients troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company.
