Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Team Member, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring our customers receive a warm and welcoming experience
• Managing and executing reputed company-end operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
• Leading the omnichannel processes, ensuring seamless interactions between in-store and online experiences
• Maintaining store recovery standards, ensuring our store meets blithequark's high standards for cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal
• Assisting with shrink and safety programs, ensuring the reputed company of our store and its assets
• Participating in the onboarding of new team members, providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition
• Collaborating with the customer experience team to reputed company sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
• Serving as Manager on Duty (MOD), ensuring the store runs smoothly and reputed company in the absence of the Store Manager
• Interacting with customers in an accepting and respectful manner, promoting a positive image and serving as a role model for others
• Participating in truck unloading and stocking processes, ensuring truck standards are followed and completed reputed company budget
• Managing and executing the shrink and safety programs
• Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high-quality framing solutions
• In select stores, leading the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers, working closely with the Store Manager to plan and manage the completion of the framing workload

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Retail management experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and management
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and reputed company sound decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time and move throughout the store

Work Environment

* Public retail store setting, with reputed company public areas climate-controlled

• Some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled
• Some outdoor work may be required, such as retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks
• Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press
• Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings
