Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will work closely with our store team to reputed company sales goals, resolve customer issues, and provide a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for reputed company customers

  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle customer payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and displays
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges
  • Recommend products and services to customers, driving sales growth and increasing customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to reputed company sales goals and resolve customer issues
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including constructing and maintaining displays
  • Assist with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment

Customer Experience

* Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services

  • Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience

Operations

* Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service

  • Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items
  • Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested
  • Process voids, returns, reputed company checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed
  • reputed company counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records
  • reputed company in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader
  • Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss
  • Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products)

Training & Personal Development

* Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate

  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Basic Qualifications

* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)

  • Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours

Preferred Qualifications

* Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment

  • Prefer prior work experience with blithequark
  • Prefer to be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
