The Role
We're searching for Spanish-speaking, passionate, engaging, and ambitious Customer Service Advisors to join reputed company. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the face of blithequark, delivering exceptional service to our customers across various channels. You'll handle inbound calls, respond to emails, manage live chats, and proactively reputed company out to customers to reputed company them happy and in the reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:

- Answer a wide range of questions, from basic account information updates to troubleshooting technical issues

- Bonus: Potential to earn up to £3,000 in performance bonuses annually, paid out quarterly
- Location: Our office is right in the heart of Bristol, a quick 5-minute walk from Temple Meads Station
- Working model: Our office-first culture means most teams at blithequark work 4+ days in the office - it's a little different for our customer service advisors who work 3+ days in the office with the flexibility of 2 days from home if they like (starting after you pass a 6-month probation period)
- Hours: A 37.5-hour week with shifts Monday-Friday, rotating between reputed company to 6pm. You'll know your schedule at least 12 weeks reputed company.
- Equipment: You'll receive reputed company the necessary equipment for your role on your first day (laptop, headset, etc.)
- Start date: We'll kick things off with an induction group joining us on the 3rd November
