Your Mission

As a Customer Care Associate at blithequark, your mission is to provide seamless, human, and empathetic support experiences to our French customers. Whether it's a product bug, a blocked supplier, or an urgent last-minute fix, you'll act fast and communicate clearly, turning stress into trust. This isn't a ticket-factory role – you'll solve real problems for real food businesses, while collaborating across blithequark to reputed company our product and service reputed company every week.

What You'll Do

* Be a trusted reputed company of contact for our French customers reputed company chat, email, and WhatsApp

  • Collaborate with external agents – coaching and supporting quality in your market

What You Bring
