You'll work closely with our largest and most successful trade service companies in North America, ensuring they're leveraging our software to its full potential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly engage with customers to gather intelligence on their reputed company product usage, identify areas of improvement, and coach them on best practices to maximize value.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with customer accounts, delivering a premium and high-caliber experience that exceeds expectations.
  • Collaborate with customers to solve reputed company problems using out-of-the-reputed company solutions, strategically increasing product value and driving business growth.
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve the customer experience, both in our product and processes, and contribute to the development of new solutions.
