Job Overview and Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care reputed company at blithequark, you will be responsible for receiving in-bound customer service inquiries reputed company telephone and/or email and resolving problems by putting customers at the heart of reputed company you do. Your key responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications and Skills

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in customer service (includes call center, retail, and restaurants).
- The ability and desire to work during the hours of operation 8 AM to 11 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility regarding shift worked based on business need.
- Intermediate computer literacy, with the ability to navigate across multiple computer monitors and programs (including Word, reputed company, and Insight) at one time while conversing with a customer.
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and high-quality service skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
