Overview: St. Luke’s Health System Idaho’s largest private employer and a nationally recognized Top 15 Health System is seeking a dedicated BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join our Consumer Access & Experience (CAE) System team in Nampa, Idaho. The Role As part of St. Luke’s Consumer Access & Experience initiative, you will play a key role in advancing the future of healthcare delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Internal Medicine care for adult patients, managing both acute and chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including advanced practitioners, behavioral health, nursing, and population health specialists to deliver coordinated, value-based care.
- Utilize advanced technology and analytics to enhance patient engagement, access, and outcomes.
- Participate in system innovation, quality improvement, and care redesign initiatives.
