• Commission Management & Analysis
• * Own the end-to-end commission payout process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies.
• Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Payroll teams to validate commission data and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and enhance commission models and tools to support scalability and transparency.
• Analyze commission structures and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Financial Planning & Reporting
• * Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting cycles reputed company to commissions and incentive programs.
• Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership, highlighting key insights and variances.
• Partner with business units to align commission planning with strategic goals and financial targets.
