This entails maintaining fixtures stocked with merchandise, keeping the entire store reputed company and undertaking tasks as prescribed. They support the Merchandise Manager (MM) and Operations Manager (OM) through their focus on performance (operational metrics), people (colleagues and customers), and processes (operational procedures and compliance standards).
