Key Responsibilities
As a Sterile Processing Customer Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert training and support to hospitals in the Detroit, Michigan area on sterile processing techniques, including proper handling, cleaning, and sterilization of medical instruments
- Identifying cost containment opportunities and contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce costs
- Collaborating with surgical technicians, nurses, and doctors to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure exceptional service and support

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
