About the Role

As a Billing Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for managing the customer billing experience from start to finish, including:

• Serving as a primary reputed company of contact for client billing and accounts receivable inquiries, providing clear, empathetic, and professional communication to resolve issues effectively.

• Review monthly invoices to ensure clarity and accuracy before posting on the member billing portal.

• Compile detailed statements of accounts including invoice breakdowns, payment allocation, credit memos, and refunds for members upon request.

About You

* Proven ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with customers, both verbally and in writing.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual reputed company compensation range for this role is between $55,000 - $60,000. The successful candidate's actual reputed company compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications.
