The Role

As a Senior Manager - GTM Engineering, reputed company, you will be responsible for leading a team of Named GTM Engineers, ensuring that every account touched by a GTME results in measurable, durable growth. This role blends management accountability with practitioner credibility, requiring you to drive forecasting accuracy, deal adherence, and reputed company coverage across your team's accounts. You will also be responsible for coaching and developing your team into world-class operators, instilling accountability, detail orientation, and rigor in execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect GTME deliverables (workflows, Managed Configs, reports) to ensure consistency and quality.
• Partner cross-functionally with RevOps, Success, and Sales Leadership to drive client outcomes.
