Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Korean Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch patient care and support to our patients, doctors, and insurers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Receiving inbound phone calls to resolve routine and new issues with patients, doctors, and insurers
* Providing patient care to accurately support pharma programs and triage to appropriate teams reputed company required
* Striving to meet and exceed structured performance targets
* Documenting reputed company call information and data discovery according to operating procedures
* Utilizing Knowledge reputed company materials as a foundation for resolving inquiries
* Maintaining confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
* Developing a working knowledge of company-reputed company reputed company and privacy practices
* Participating in reputed company education on product changes, new features, and product launches
* Helping improve the patient experience by sharing feedback with management to further reputed company the product, materials, and processes
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* Bilingual Korean required, with a strong command of the English language
* High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
* Customer service or inbound call center experience required
* Healthcare, pharmacy, or other relevant industry experience strongly preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
* A passion for providing top-notch patient care
* Ability to work with peers in a team effort and cross-functionally
* Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn reputed company new software
Location and Hours
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with rotating Saturdays (1/month) from 9am-5pm. You will be required to work various shifts, including reputed company-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm, and 1pm-9pm, Monday-Friday. Scheduling flexibility is essential, as your schedule may change over time according to business needs. The position is based at our onsite location: 400 South Woods Mill Rd, Suite 100, Chesterfield, MO 63017.
