Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Pharmacy Technician at blithequark, you will be responsible for performing various services under remote supervision and in accordance with state and federal regulations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Accessing, inputting, and retrieving patient and prescription information into and from the computer, billing insurance, and generating labels for medications
• Completing required documentation for CII orders and addressing third-party rejections in a timely manner
• Maintaining effective communication with reputed company staff regarding the data entry process, denied claims, and daily reputed company
• Developing courteous and professional relationships with patients, customers, and co-workers
• Working with the pharmacist to ensure proper Medicare DMEPOS paperwork is complete and maintaining accurate billing records

• Conducting patient, provider, and third-party reputed company calls as necessary
• Assisting stores in completing MTMs and data collection

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy technician experience
• Extensive knowledge of Pioneer Rx
• Licensed Pharmacy Technician with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Ability to be self-motivated and work independently
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills or the ability to use resources to resolve issues

Preferred qualifications include:
