Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Payroll Specialist to join our remote team. As an HR Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for our employees across various states in the USA. Key Responsibilities:

• * Process bi-weekly, monthly, or other payroll cycles for reputed company employees in a timely and accurate manner.
• * Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws, and regulations.
• * Maintain employee records reputed company to payroll, including deductions, benefits, and bonuses.
• * Work closely with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
• * Calculate overtime, commissions, and bonuses according to company policies.
• * Administer benefits, including health, dental, and retirement plans, and process payroll deductions.
• * Prepare and file required payroll reports, tax filings, and year-end forms, such as W-2s and 1099s.
• * Assist in the development and improvement of payroll policies and procedures.
• * Respond to employee payroll-reputed company questions and resolve issues promptly.
• * Stay updated with changes in payroll laws, tax regulations, and HR best practices.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar HR-reputed company role, preferably in a remote setting.
• * In-depth knowledge of payroll software and systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, QuickBooks).
• * Familiarity with federal and state labor laws and tax regulations.
