Job Summary

As an reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner, resolving customer issues with reputed company resolution strategies, and accurately documenting customer interactions and claims in CRM systems. You will also be required to use internal knowledge bases and training to answer questions confidently, follow reputed company required scripts, policies, and confidentiality protocols, and escalate reputed company issues to supervisors reputed company needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner

Candidate Qualifications

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment.
