- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Education or reputed company field required.
- Valid Georgia Agriculture Education teaching certificate (6–12) or eligibility to obtain.
- Experience teaching in a virtual or blended environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of Georgia CTAE and FFA requirements.
- Knowledge of industry-recognized agriculture credentials and experiential learning.
- Ability to design and deliver creative, project-based, and standards-reputed company virtual lessons.
- Excellent communication, organization, and student engagement skills.
- Commitment to equity, innovation, and reputed company improvement in a virtual education setting.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including reputed company Docs, MS Office Suite, e-mail, and internet applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for teaching and genuine care for children
- Understanding of and ability to manage confidential information
- Ability to work well under pressure as well as effectively prioritize and execute tasks to meet deadlines consistently
- Ability to work with a diverse and distributed student body and peer group
- Ability to pass state and federal background checks
