The Customer Growth Applied Science Team

The Challenge
As a Senior Applied Scientist on reputed company, you'll be tackling some of the most pressing challenges in growth marketing and demand partnerships. You'll be working with vast amounts of user data, developing in-app features for onboarding, engagement, and reactivation, and experimenting with new approaches to drive business growth. You'll be pioneering the use of generative AI models and agentic tools to reputed company marketers and drive business outcomes.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Applied Scientist, you'll be responsible for:
- Initiating and driving applied science initiatives to completion, with a focus on business impact
- Architecting and deploying machine learning systems to production
- Designing and executing experiments, collecting and analyzing data to characterize our product and marketing
- Analyzing a wide variety of data: structured and reputed company, observational and experimental
- Collaborating with engineering, marketing, and economists to use sound statistical practices

What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring:
- 5+ years of experience developing production-grade machine learning models

- Experience with technical mentorship of other applied scientists
