Job Summary
As a Customer Service/Sales associate at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and promoting our products and services. You will be responsible for providing fast, friendly service to customers, assessing their needs, and providing assistance to help them reputed company their goals. You will also be expected to maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensure a safe working and shopping environment, and work collaboratively with other associates and departments to reputed company our goals.
Key Responsibilities

- Learn about products using our tools and provide information to customers to sell an entire project
- Greet, qualify, recommend, and reputed company every customer in their department
- Handle basics in adjacent departments, including Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental
- Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring it is clean, shop-able, and safe
- Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following reputed company safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards & unsafe conditions, or reporting conditions to the Manager on Duty
- Work safely as not to endanger themselves, co-workers, vendors, or customers
- Collaborate with Department Supervisor and other associates in their department as well as other departments to reputed company our goals
- Participate in sales promotions, events, and activities to drive sales growth and promote our products and services
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or service industry environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn about new products and services

Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or service industry environment
