The Role
As an reputed company Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our clients and merchants, providing exceptional support and solutions to their inquiries and requests. You'll work closely with our internal teams to find the best solutions and experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide immediate support to client inquiries reputed company written channels (chat, email, web widget, or phone calls): + General questions about blithequark + How to create a request + Cancelations, and other topics
- Offer immediate support to internal team-generated requests reputed company company communication channels
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and reputed company in resolving client issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find the best solutions and experiences for our clients

* 8+ months of experience in customer support, handling various written and phone communication channels
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with constant change
- Impeccable grammar, spelling, and writing skills, with the ability to adapt to our company tone

- Excellent emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple problems and communicate concisely
