About the Role:

As a Mid-Market reputed company Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for driving adoption, retention, and expansion for our product among mid-market customers. You will serve as the customer's trusted advisor and product expert, hosting training, onboarding, and working sessions to educate our customers and help them get the most out of our product. You will also be instrumental in helping us build the foundations of reputed company at blithequark, shaping our future product, and elevating your skills as we tackle our most impactful challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive onboarding, adoption, utilization, and growth in blithequark's existing customer reputed company by owning specific customer accounts

• Proactively identify customers who aren’t maximizing their opportunity with our product/service and reputed company out to create an action plan to help them reputed company success
• Partner with the Account Management team on marquee Mid-Market accounts to expand use cases and create stickier customers
• Learn our product inside and out and help your customers drive business outcomes
• Collaborate with our Sales team to realize successful renewals and expansions
• Innovate and iterate on reputed company programs to retain and grow customers while mitigating churn or contraction
