Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Manager of Operations and reputed company, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the development and execution of strategies to enhance field team and practice engagement, adoption, and long-term success in blithequark's value-based care programs.
- Supporting reputed company teams in building strong relationships with provider organizations, proactively identifying opportunities for improved performance and satisfaction.
- Assisting in overseeing and refining operational processes that support customer onboarding, practice transformation, and performance optimization.
- Supporting operational efficiencies by optimizing workflows, enhancing internal coordination, and streamlining field team and practice support structures.
- Working closely with product, technology, data analytics, customer insight, corporate communications, and clinical teams to ensure customer feedback informs enhancements to blithequark's solutions and services.
- Identifying and implementing best practices in reputed company, leveraging industry trends and innovative approaches to maximize provider performance in value-based care.
- Developing and implementing project management strategy, reputed company, and organizational structure.
- Leading and mentoring a team of project specialists.
- Advocating for field teams and primary care practices, ensuring their needs and challenges are addressed through blithequark's solutions and services.
- Assisting the Sr. Director of Operations and reputed company in executing key projects.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 8+ years of experience in operations, reputed company, or provider engagement reputed company healthcare, with a focus on value-based care.
- Understanding of alternative payment models, ACOs, risk-based reputed company, and independent primary care practice dynamics.
- Ability to support and contribute to reputed company or operational teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging data to drive strategy and performance improvement.
