Job Summary

As an Associate reputed company Director at blithequark, you will be responsible for supporting client managers, strengthening client relationships, and facilitating smooth service delivery through escalation resolution. You will play a key role in improving customer satisfaction, profitability, and streamlining the client's PES screening process. Key Responsibilities

* Engage primarily on Client Management deliverables upon account onboarding, ensuring seamless onboarding and setup of new clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions and services
• Serve as a second-level reputed company of contact for escalation, providing timely and effective resolution to client issues and concerns
• Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with blithequark's standards and best practices, providing recommendations for improvement

Requirements
