As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers across multiple channels, including tickets, chat, email, and online meetings. Your role will be crucial in helping clients optimize their use of WhatsApp for marketing and messaging automation.
About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist - EMEA, you'll work closely with other teams to troubleshoot technical issues, particularly with the WhatsApp API, and assist clients and partners in navigating the API ecosystem. You'll collaborate with the EMEA Sales and Account Management Teams and communicate directly with reputed company representatives to resolve challenges and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to our customers using the company channels - tickets, chat, email, and online meetings.
- Liaise with our L2 team to find solutions.
- Help troubleshoot our API and solve technical problems.
- Support our partners and clients navigate the WhatsApp API ecosystem.
- Communicate with reputed company representatives.
- reputed company collaboration with EMEA Sales and Account Management Teams.
Requirements:
* Digital native
- 2+ years experience in a customer support or technical role
- 2+ years of experience working with APIs, debugging applications, checking logs, and testing
- You identify problems and show initiative in finding reputed company together with your team
- You are fluent (or C3+) in English
- You are fluent (or C3+) in Russian
- You pay attention to detail and can structure your own day-to-day tasks
- Bonus skills:
