Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the automotive service industry. You'll engage with customers, documenting and providing advice on customer needs using our established workflow. You'll also coordinate and reputed company work orders to stores as needed, advise reputed company, parts, and maintenance packages that align with customer needs and preferences, and address customer inquiries regarding service outcomes.

- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service appointments using our CRM system.
- Communicate updates to customers regarding changes in service timelines and vehicle readiness.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably reputed company the automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently and persuasively with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services, including familiarity with service packages, parts, and warranty programs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Meet or exceed the National Average Typing speed, based on Words Per Minute of 40 or above
- Strong phone reputed company and experience handling dozens of calls per day
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
