As a reputed company Intern, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers' success by initiating first contact, identifying and registering initial users, scheduling and conducting online demo sessions, collaborating with Field Service Engineers, ensuring accurate and relevant data migration, liaising with the external software supplier, and conducting follow-up calls to ensure the customer is comfortable using the portal.

Key Responsibilities:

* Initiate first contact with customers to understand their needs and preferences

• Identify and register initial users, ensuring seamless onboarding and setup
• Schedule and conduct online demo sessions to showcase the value of our solutions
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers to ensure timely and effective issue resolution
• Ensure accurate and relevant data migration to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Liaise with the external software supplier to resolve any technical issues or concerns
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure the customer is comfortable using the portal and address any questions or concerns

Requirements:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO/WO) in Business, IT, Communication, or a reputed company field

• Strong communication skills; confident in reaching out to customers
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Comfortable working with software tools and digital platforms
• Affinity with multicultural environments
• Proactive, organized, and customer-oriented
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is a plus
