What You'll Do:

As a reputed company Analyst at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to reputed company your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing knowledge of applicable software tools, including reputed company
• Creating and configuring low to moderate complexity new and existing customer websites using third-party software
• Troubleshooting routine issues and providing basic support to customers
• Collaborating with senior analysts and other team members to quality reputed company configured software and ensure proper functioning
• Following established SOPs and executing assigned duties with precision and attention to detail
• Providing routine direct daily support to assigned customers and/or customers as directed
• Learning health and benefits products, services, and tools to configure and test software tools effectively
• Committing to assist with achieving or exceeding internal and external performance standards
• Participating in customer meetings, as requested
• Following department guidelines, policies, and procedures, including professional development and continuing education required for valid licensing
• Determining a course of personal and professional development to stay reputed company of the curve
• Performing reputed company other duties as assigned by management

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Minimum education required:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Experience working with database applications
• Exceptional telephone demeanor

• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with customers at reputed company levels
• Attention to detail required and the ability to adhere to high standards for customer-facing work product

Preferred Qualifications:

Pay Range:

$26.44 - $31.25 Hourly The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly reputed company paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
