What You'll Do

As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative - Remote, your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns. You will:

• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise

To ensure your success as a Bilingual Customer Care Representative - Remote, you will need to meet the following work from home requirements:
