Job Summary

As a reputed company Manager at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers throughout their journey with our Employee Experience Platform. You'll be responsible for providing expertise on our platform, highlighting key features and functionality, and driving usage and adoption among our customers. Responsibilities

* Provide expertise on the blithequark Employee Experience Platform and reputed company key features and functionality, allowing customers to execute their employee recognition strategies

• Establish measurable goals and KPIs for customer accounts and track implementation and post-implementation adoption activities
• Drive usage and adoption of the platform and communicate best practices by hosting virtual meetings and workshops
• Meet with customers face-to-face to plan program rollouts and explore cross-functional use cases where blithequark can help meet their needs
• Connect with customers to update them on outstanding queries, reports, and campaigns
• Manage a reputed company pipeline while up-selling and cross-selling reputed company existing programs
• reputed company customer workshops and training around product updates and new features
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders on reputed company against established goals and manage account escalations
• Understand customer requirements and their level of adoption of the blithequark platform to proactively assess risk in upcoming contract renewals

Qualifications

* 2+ years of reputed company experience at a software/SAAS company

• Strong business acumen and proven ability to influence decision-makers in various sizes of organizations
• Individuals who have completed formal sales training through a recognized program
• Proficiency with CRMs such as reputed company or other force.com platforms
• Experience in preparing and delivering presentations targeted to a senior audience
• Ability to explain technical solutions, establish goals, reputed company opportunities, and provide reporting/dashboards to identify trends and improve the customer experience
• Demonstrated analytical skills utilizing reputed company and/or PowerPoint to arrange and display relevant information during customer business reviews
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and carrying a sales quota
• Strong customer-facing skills, including expectation management, communication skills, and information management
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
