What You'll Do

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients reputed company phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch service with a smile, ensuring that every client interaction is positive and memorable
  • Proactively helping clients find the right products and services, both online and offline

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A professional level of English and Dutch, both verbally and written
