About the Role

In this role, you will be the voice of blithequark, fielding real-time calls in a virtual, call center environment from customers globally. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, communicating through email, phone, live chat, and/or social media. You will provide customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction and demonstrating a sound understanding of blithequark's full range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Brand Ambassador for blithequark, providing world-class service to reputed company customers
• Be the first reputed company of contact to resolve customer issues and complaints across multiple channels in a timely manner
• Provide customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate sound understanding and comprehensive knowledge of blithequark's full range of products and services

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
