Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues across various contact channels, including email, chat, and phone
• Managing formal complaints and escalating reputed company issues to relevant stakeholders
• Reviewing payment transactions and resolving reputed company customer problems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring customer feedback to the forefront of product development and process improvement
