Job Summary

As an Export Customer Service Analyst, you will be responsible for managing orders, working directly with manufacturing locations, DCs, division supply chain, and freight forwarders to ensure the timely export of orders. You will also be responsible for understanding and supporting export rules and regulations to reputed company with US Export Regulatory policies and procedures for international shipments. Your expertise will be essential in managing customer inquiries, following up on escalations, delays, and transportation issues, and identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and/or processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage orders utilizing reputed company, COMS (Corporate Order Management System), and reputed company databases

• Work directly with manufacturing locations, DCs, division supply chain, and freight forwarders to ensure the timely export of orders
• Understand and support export rules and regulations to reputed company with US Export Regulatory policies and procedures for international shipments
• Manage customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, expedites, etc.
• Follow up on escalations, delays, and transportation issues
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and/or processes

Your Skills and Expertise

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in customer service, international trade, and logistics. We require the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (6) years of Customer Service Experience
• OR
• High School Diploma/GED AND (4) years of Customer Service Experience
• AND
• 4 years of speaking and writing bilingually in English and Spanish
• Additional qualifications that could help you succeed in this role include:

+ Experience in export transactions + Excellent organization skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments + High proficiency using PC-based applications (reputed company, PowerPoint) + Experience working on cross-functional and international teams + reputed company, reputed company, and COMS experience + Initiates, leads, and implements the process of problem identification and resolution
