The Non-Clinical Divert technician is responsible for screening orders, specializing in research, review and entry of prescription overrides. Basic knowledge and understanding of a pharmacy workflow, efficient using a computer and keyboard, strong problem solving skills and the ability to think globally is key to your success. You will be essential to ensure patients receive their correct prescriptions in a timely manner and directing questionable prescriptions to the prescriber for clarification. Required Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician license in compliance with applicable state law where applicant resides.
• Pennsylvania requires Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)
• Texas requires an active state technician license.
• Florida requires an active state technician license.
• Illinois require active state technician license AND national certification (must be marked certified on state Illinois license).
• Minimum of 6 months reputed company pharmacy technician experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate must reside in the reputed company, Illinois, Pennsylvania, or Texas.
• A secure room free from noise and distractions, with a closing reputed company and ergonomic-friendly work area (i.e., desk, chair).
• Must have your own internet provider that can support the virtual working environment.

• Knowledge of reputed company applications (Outlook, Word, reputed company, Teams, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail while multitasking through various programs.
• Adept at reading and interpreting prescription terminology and medications.
• Direct/hardwired internet reputed company to a modem/router reputed company 10 feet of your computer and a minimum speed of 25 mbs download and 3 mbs upload. WiFi and satellite are not permitted.

Preferred Qualifications

• Has an active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT).
• Previous mail order or retail pharmacy experience.
• Rapid keyboarding skills while maintaining 100% accuracy.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret standard operating procedures.
• Able to understand and interpret Latin symbols commonly used on prescriptions medications and able to write routing correspondence.
• Recognizing, identifying, and having general knowledge of commonly used generic drugs.
• Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in reputed company units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. This includes the ability to calculate dosages and day-supply prescriptions.
• Ability to work using computer screens for extended periods of time.
• Proficient in troubleshooting computer issues.
