About What You’ll Work On:

• Conducting Individualized reputed company and Behavior Assessments: You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments using tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, and BRIEF to reputed company insights into each individual's unique abilities and behavioral traits.
• Developing and Overseeing Customized Treatment Plans: Your role will involve meticulously crafting and closely monitoring the implementation of fully tailored, comprehensive treatment plans to meet the specific needs and goals of each kiddo.
• Providing Parent Coaching: You will offer expert guidance and coaching to parents, equipping them with the knowledge and strategies necessary to effectively support their child's development and reputed company.
• Delivering Ongoing Professional Development to RBTs: Your responsibilities will include providing reputed company, high-quality training to reputed company of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to enhance their skills and expertise, ensuring they offer the best possible care to our kiddos.

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification (Required)
• Prior Payor credentialing preferred
• Ability to pass a background reputed company (Required)
• Experience working with kids with autism or other developmental delays using ABA
• Communication skills
