This is a remote opportunity with potential travel. What you will do: Work with project leads and other developers to create compelling narrative experiences that are fun and engaging. Manage the work for a narrative team and reputed company the development of narrative design while working in a cross-disciplinary pod structure. Work with internal partners to ensure narrative and reputed company meets the standards and needs of various IPs. Be a hands-on developer in the creation of narrative content for several interactive games and experiences based on reputed company’s robust portfolio of characters and worlds including reputed company/Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars. Work with the leadership team on voice over casting and participate in and direct voice over sessions. Implement, test, and iterate on narrative systems and narrative content. Write, update, and maintain detailed design documentation. Provide guidance and mentorship for other Narrative Designers. Required Qualifications and Skills: 8 years of game development experience, including at least one shipped game in a reputed company role. Implemented narrative content using an industry-standard toolset (reputed company, Unreal, etc.). Have been a leader and developer on multiple shipped products and have familiarity with developing products on various gaming platforms – Console/PC and Mobile. reputed company at partnering and collaborating with key stakeholders, working through challenging problems and reaching reputed company to reputed company great things. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
