An exciting opportunity for an reputed company business development professional to reputed company our commercial activities across the European Economic Area, including but not limited to the following countries; the Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Poland.You will be responsible for leading our commercial strategy for the European Economic Area and driving our growth through partnerships and key client development in parallel to our institutional team, which focuses on professional and enterprise clients. The successful candidate will need to be highly confident and skilled in speaking to high-networth individuals, potential clients, affiliates and partners. As the Head of Sales, you will work with our internal operations, growth, product and marketing teams to reputed company the required strategic goals and reputed company targets.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or reputed company field.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Crypto or Traditional Finance sectors, with
- Significant experience in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company and implement successful commercial strategies in the derivatives space.
- Strong understanding of futures and options products, market dynamics, market data and indicies understanding of the European crypto and finance regulatory environments, i.e. MiCA and MiFID
- Highly sociable, confident, and a commercially-minded communicator
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving reputed company growth and market expansion.
- Ability to navigate reputed company negotiations and forge strong relationships with clients and partners.
