Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Screen potential guests, provide support for guests, and resolve guest issues on reputed company, VRBO, or reputed company
• Communicate and escalate issues to management reputed company reputed company, ensuring reputed company resolution and follow-up
