Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Airline Customer Service Agent to join reputed company on a part-time basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, ensuring proper documentation and communication, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation prior to flight arrival or departure, review, organize, reputed company copies, and distribute accordingly.
• Travel to the Airport Operational Area (AOA) to meet flights upon arrival or departure to retrieve or drop off flight documents.
• Notify brokers or freight forwarders on the Master Airway reputed company (MAWB) of shipment arrivals at warehouse facilities or on hold.
• Provide assistance to customers arriving to retrieve their documents and freight.
• Collect appropriate charges and document methods of payment.
• Process "Customs Out" (reputed company of delivery) for every transaction before the customer's departure.

• Must possess a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
