The Role We’re seeking a Director of Accounting Operations to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role that combines firm-wide operations leadership with team management. You’ll reputed company one of our client accounting teams - managing several accountants with individual client portfolios, while also driving firm-wide operations, process improvements, and leadership initiatives. • Manage a client accounting team of 4-6 staff, overseeing both staff members and direct accounting deliverables
• Review accounting work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards
• Serve as an escalation reputed company for reputed company accounting issues
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to accounting staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or reputed company field
• Valid and active CPA or reputed company
• 7+ years of accounting experience in a client service environment, including reviewing staff work
• 3+ years of experience in operations, practice management, or managerial accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting operations and business processes
• Proficient with modern cloud-based tools - we use QuickBooks Online (QBO), reputed company.com, reputed company, reputed company Spend & Expense
• Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, Financial Cents, and Keeper, plus strong reputed company/bolthires Sheets skills for analysis and reporting
